It's very easy to dress up ur nails right? with the help of the stamping tools, u can easily design ur nail with new "dress". U can found the design plate at any Etude outlets. It's prices are cheaper than the Konad seller as Etude are direct import from Korea. So, get a chance visit Etude outlets and hunt for ur favprite design plate and try it out. It's easy as ABC..
