BUt it's just and friendly reminder as no one would like to be stinky smelly oways ya..
Talking bout the celebrities who stink...hmm..
i have not much idea on it ..
but what comes in my mind is Owen Wilson...
An American actor, comedian or writter..
it's not any offence, just a feeling on only..
well i guess man like him kinda sweating oways
and might needed some deodorant to cover body odor ..
As do have some news on them whenever they are on some "smell" without deodorant on it~
Guess he might needed some deodorant whenever he going out meeting people
to avoid any disappointment right?

Celebrities are popular as they oways on TV show or movie or some sort of media.
but they are normal human too..
just because they are public entertainer,
so they gave much impression to ppl around,
so, guess for a celebrities,
they should have avoid this matter before it becomes a topic for others.

My Message to AIDSAware

AIDS~

Guess everyone have been heard this since long time ago right?
What is AIDS actually?
AIDS is a medical condition stands for
Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome.
What caused AIDS? Perhaps everyone heard bout HIV right?
HIV is a virus that gradually attacks immune system cells.
As HIV progressively damages these cells, the body becomes more vulnerable to infections, which it will have difficulty in fighting off.
So it is to be said that once u got HIV, u got the high possibilities turn into AIDS.


So , today post are to remind u aware of AIDS!
Here somthing u need to bear in mind to stay away from this syndrome.
There are few symptoms for u to be aware from AIDS.

Pulmonary infections
Gastrointestinal infections
Neurological and psychiatric involvement
Tumors and malignancies

The symptoms of AIDS are primarily the result of conditions that do not normally develop in individuals with healthy immune systems. Most of these conditions are infections caused by bacteria, viruses, fungi and parasites that are normally controlled by the elements of the immune system that HIV damages.
Opportunistic infections are common in people with AIDS. These infections affect nearly every organ system.
People with AIDS also have an increased risk of developing various cancers such as Kaposi's sarcoma, cervical cancer and cancers of the immune system known as lymphomas. Additionally, people with AIDS often have systemic symptoms of infection like fevers, sweats (particularly at night), swollen glands, chills, weakness, and weight loss.[14][15] The specific opportunistic infections that AIDS patients develop depend in part on the prevalence of these infections in the geographic area in which the patient lives.

What Causes?
Sexual transmission
Exposure to blood-borne pathogens
Perinatal transmission
Misconceptions

How to Prevent?
The three main transmission routes of HIV are sexual contact, exposure to infected body fluids or tissues, and from mother to fetus or child during perinatal period. It is possible to find HIV in the saliva, tears, and urine of infected individuals, but there are no recorded cases of infection by these secretions, and the risk of infection is negligible.

We know that AIDS is a scary name when we heard it.

Of coz we are scare of them also,
so there are some points to let urself know how it causes or how it happens.
No one wants to get involved in it, sometimes just because of the prenatal and is unavoidable.

AIDS Percentage is increasing day by day, young people often less aware of this syndrome and love to act when they love to. But beck end the act, it might causing regretable life where u will feel regret.

For own sake and ur future good, think twice b4 act.
Of coz, we must give our care to those unlucky person to help them live stronger. Sometime things just happen out of expectation.
So, spread ur love to them, help them, care them to help them cure the syndrome.

Trip with broadband?
Oh tats wat i do most..hoho..
without internet i will live in boring life or mayb say i cant live without internet...
the only thing i do everyday will just be online online and online...
for?
erm..surfing? gaming? movie? everthing...
but the ixora line internet is ext5remely low till i will get crazy some time...
so get myself a wireless broadband which could lead me to a better and smooth connection..

I bring my broadband everywhere i go...i always been to KL for short trip..
so my broadband is always with me together..on the way i could online whenever i'm bored..
so,
Imagine that when u're on way to some places for vacation
and the destiny takes u for some hours what can u do?
sleep?
chit chat?

Well, no worry...

My Dream Destination

Every1 sure have dream place to go for vacation~

well...for me...there's a lot of places i wish to go~~
Beijing, Australia,Bali,Hong Kong Disneyland~

Go Beijing i can go enjoy the natural beauty and taste a lots of delicious food..
Australia..most of my frens were in Australia,
so wish i can go they to meet them and have my vacation there
as there's lots of nice place there...

really attract me much...
So, wish i can have a good chance to go there..of coz if i got money..haha

My Version of Grooming Tips

Alright~ Times for Grooming Tips...
I guess most of the girls loves to be in a pretty style anytime everywhere right?
Guess no lady want to look ugly hor?
That's why people always say there's no ugly woman in the world, only lazy woman.
hiak hiak hiak~~ perhaps...i seldom makeup myself though..
but i used to make up for people..haha..that's y i have a lots of make up stuff, facial care and manicure stuff...
alright among all of this i only use facial care and manicure on my self.
Since i'm still a student, there's no need much for me to make up on my face and went for just a few hours class right?
As u might need to know that, make up is easy
but prevent pimples from make up might be a bit difficult..why?
On ur make up, 1st u will put on foundation and concealer, then some compact powder...
follow up by eyes make up with eyeliner, eyeshadow and lastly u will need some loose powder to keep ur makeup longlasting. think of it..
u need to apply few layer powder onto ur face, but then after u date or whatever, if you don clean ur face properly, ur pimples might come to find u..hehe..
so the correct way of cleaning ur face are many step.
1st step: Cleansing milk/ makeup remover to clean off ur makeup
2nd step: Facial Scrub to clean of deep pore of ur blackhead and dead skin
3rd step: Mask therapy to keep ur skin look fresh always
4th step: Facial cleansing for a deep cleaning on ur face
5th step: Toner to strengthen ur skin
6th step : Mousturiser to protect ur skin
as addition, u might apply soothing cream to repair ur skin also so that u will always look with smooth and white skin .XD

alright, so what else?i like to do manicure which i always did it..from my previous post, i had shared some of my manicure design. Well, i never learn it from professional as u can actually hunt for the manicure stuff and learn it urself at home.

Anyway, there's a phrase saying natural is the most beauty way. yeap..it is...from confidence inside out, it is most beautiful than u have makeup on ur face. coz it's beauty inside out.. As long as u look clean, neat and confidence, then u are the pretty lady dy. As everyone are creature of God, we are born to be special isn't it?hehe...so be confidence with urself then u will looks pretty as u wish to. ^^
So no worry, as a lady, u can always have many ways to groom up urself. doesnt neccessary have to make up all the times. here just a bit of sharing. XD

My Favorite Sport

Talking about sports, what’s appearing in your mind?

Tennis, Squash, Basketball, Badminton..etc?

Hmm…guess many people do like sports right? As sports can help to keep your body a fit outlook, also provide you a balance lifestyle. As sport benefits you in terms of healthy, so what is your favorites sport?

My favorite sport? Think should be badminton. Apart of badminton, I don’t know what sports I knew anymore..haha..Basket ball should be a favorite for most of the guys but I always get hit by the ball instead of play the basketball…lolx. Alright, back in topic, I play badminton since primary school..i love badminton very much as whole of my family also play badminton. During free time, we do have family sport day where we play badminton and table tennis together. All this sports were taught by my dad..He is great in sports especially volleyball…Too bad, I only know playing badminton..hohoho..

But since I came MMU, I did not have much time joining in sports. There’s bunch of assignment waiting me to complete it, so no time for sports. But there’s a subject compulsory in MMU which is Co curriculum and I’ve took TaeKwondo. Guess TaeKwonDo also kind of sports right?

I practice TaeKwonDo for 5 years and stop due to Uni life starts. TaeKwon-Do is also one of my favorite sports as I do have a great time with it. But no many girls like sports I guess coz it make you sweating. But think it another way, it can make you slim down, make u a good looking lady, then sooner later you will have a favorite sport thatn you’re going to play with it everytime.
So Whats your favorite sports? Think of it..Mayb you will found out just you never knew it b4..XD
