~Vacation >> Penang~

After a long work..its time for me to have a vacation.
Oh well, due to the $$$ consideration, we are having a short trip to Ipoh - Penang.
This trip is really full with fun and also foodssssssssssss...
Owh~~~ gaining weight...diet plan failed again! urgh~
All the way to Penang is only food food and food..
so can imagine how much i gained from the trip..weight!
People always said picture talks more..
so lets the picture to talk on our trip..:p

Our day starts with Gurney drive.
So we went to Gurney and have our very first brunch at Korean BBQ.
Becoz lazy of finding food so we just simple went in any restaurant.
first time bbq together with hun..hahaha..all meats...gonna fat siao liao..
Lunch meal RM22.90 per person. Add on 3.99 unlimited drinks.






Around evening time, hunting for dinner.
Well..not getting to the Food street behind the Gurney as we both tried it before.
So we head back to hotel to rest before hunting for dinner.
We were staying at Hydro Hotel at Batu Ferringhi. Beach side hotel.
The hotel is quite cofortable and big for a superior room...
every room is attached with a private balcony..not bad huh..hehe..
After the rest, we go out hunt for dinner at hawker..
trying to find the famous hawker at Tanjong Tokong and we got it !
Lets see!

The food court is just nearby roadside, u can found the Tanjong Tokong food court easily.

Its located just after a traffic light pass by Island Plaza.
And not to forget try out the belacan chicken there..its good!

~Rakuzen~

After a tiring day of work,

my hun was so sweet bring me for a Japanese meal..
Unfortunately, there's quite a number of Japanese resBtaurant in Subang.
N my hun was confused which one shall we enter.
He been there for once and said the food was very nice.
but its been ages since his last visits.
Y isit confused is coz of the name of Jyu Raku and Rakuzen.
They r just beside each other.
The story was the Jyu Raku was opened by the former chef of Rakuzen.
Due to some argument in opinions, they were separated.
So there's come the Jyu Raku and Rakuzen.
in terms of the menu and choices, both are merely the same.
but the pricing of Jyu Raku was slightly higer than Rakuzen.
We entered Rakuzen where we were actually wish to go for Jyu Raku.
Will try at Jyu Raku next time since my hun said there is much more nicer.
we not order too much food as i was not feel so well tat day actually..

guess most of the people in west m'sia didn't really get a chance to try the real Kuching Kolo mee unless you travel to Kuching and have a try on it.
Well, i've been hunted so long for the real taste of the Kuching Kolo Mee everywhere in west m'sia.
Too bad , most of them just got a sign plate written Kuching Kolo mee but the taste is different.
Until i found this....
Ampang 2020 food court where there is a Kuching Kolo Mee stall by 3 brothers.
This is the real Kolo Mee. If u guys wish to taste the real kolo mee, please go over there and have a try.

They are 3 brothers making the kolo mee.
Previously they were selling kolo mee in kuching @ tabuan jaya.
I know them as i was from Kuching...hehe...
so give it a try..kuching kolo mee & laksa...
